Mauricio Jiménez Calvo, MBA

Management and Business Strategy Consultant focused on Sustainable Development.Mauricio is an international business consultant specialized in business development. It is the founding partner of Pejibaye Consulting S.A. based in San Jose, Costa Rica.
He has worked actively in the area of retail and new business development at Patagonia Inc, a company globally recognized for it’s strong environmental focus and distinguished as a role model in the industry. Additionally, he worked as a analyst on efficient processes in logistics and management at Panamco-Tica S.A. (The Coca Cola Company), now FEMSA.
Mauricio has a B.A. on Business Administration from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, a specialization in Business Development from University of California, San Diego and an MBA with an emphasis on International Business form California Lutheran University.
He has participated in seminars as Why and How to Become Carbon-Neutral: Competitive Aspects taught by INCAE Business School, Economic Recovery: Entrepreneurs lead the way taught by Harvard Business School Association of Orange County, and Innovation: Defining the horizon given by Center for Entrepreneurship & Engineering Management, University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mauricio is an international business consultant specializing in process analysis and implementation of eco-efficiencies. It is the founding partner of Equilibrium Consulting Group, based in Bogota.
Strategic advisor in sustainable development for Greenland enterprises (Boston. U.S.) and Anaconda Carbon (Amsterdam, Netherlands), Mira has experience working as a financial adviser and investment consultant at the United Nations (UNCTAD). Previously, Mauritius work as a consultant with London Consulting Group (Latin America) and in financial market values in Costa Rica Financial Group.
Mauricio has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Veritas - ITAM of Costa Rica, technical management and securities brokerage, University of Costa Rica (Course Agent Broker Stock Exchange). He specializes in negotiation and international relations at the University of the Andes and has a Masters in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability Blekinge Institute of Technology (Sweden).
He has participated as a seminarian in strategies for sustainable development at the second conference for sustainable development, Manizales, Colombia and host of strategies for sustainable projects, Congress "Make Markets Work for Climate" Amsterdam.
